Dentistry
Our clinic provides comprehensive dental care for pets, from routine cleanings to advanced tooth extractions. When required, dental examinations under anaesthesia allow us to perform cleaning and x-rays to detect hidden issues beneath the gumline.
Behaviour training
We offer tailored, one-on-one support to assist with a range of behavioural concerns such as leash walking, recall, destructive behaviour, aggression, and more. We offer home visit consultations within a 10km radius of North Melbourne, as well as online sessions.
Desexing
Desexing is a vital procedure that not only prevents unwanted litters but also offers significant health and behavioural benefits for your pet. At the Lost Dogs’ Home Vet Hospital, our skilled veterinary surgeons perform thousands of safe, same day desexing surgeries.
End of life care (Euthanasia)
We understand how difficult it can be to say goodbye to your pet, so The Lost Dogs’ Home Vet Hospital is always there to provide advice and support around this decision.
In-house pathology
Our hospital offers comprehensive in-house pathology services to support quick and accurate diagnoses for pets. Using

Laser therapy

Medical grooming

Radiography (X-rays)
X-rays are an essential, non-invasive tool for diagnosing internal injuries, bone fractures, joint issues, respiratory conditions, and tumours in pets. To ensure clear images and for safety, pets are often sedated or anaesthetised to keep them still.
Senior pet’s program
Pets aged seven years and over should be regularly checked for diseases and health problems commonly affecting seniors. Our program enables your older pet to be at their very best, supported by Melbourne veterinary specialists.
Soft tissue surgery
